Why should we buy our Hardware through HTI ?

We have been in the IT dental world for over 20 years. We know what hardware you need to work for your software. We also know when you purchase new hardware it is an investment in your business. We specially design systems with memory for future upgrades of your dental practice management software.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Workstations are individually created with our HTI specifications to work with your software. This requires at least one week for production and one week for shipment. This is just an estimate, for certain models, it might take a little longer in the production side. If you have an emergency situation where your workstations are completely down, please call us at 877-222-1508 and we will try to expedite your order for an additional freight charge.

What products do you sell?

We are a Certified DELL reseller of high powered Business workstations and monitors. We have configured the specifications to work exactly with your Dental software.

How long have you been in business?

Why do I need to Upgrade to Windows 10?

While learning a new system is inconvenient, failing to upgrade to Windows 10 puts your entire practice at risk. Behind your computer screen, hackers and viruses are constantly trying to break through the firewall that protects your network from cyber security threats. When a virus finds its way through a “hole” in the operating system, Microsoft locates the vulnerability and fixes it. Then, Microsoft releases an update with a security patch to prevent future viruses from infecting your computers.
As of Jan 14, 2020, Microsoft won’t be releasing security patches for Windows 7. Whatever condition the operating system is in that day, it will stay that way forever. Without regular security updates, computers running Windows 7 will be vulnerable to cybersecurity attacks that could expose patients’ protected health information and other sensitive data.

What if my computers are down?

Call us and one of our IT specialists will diagnose your issue. If an RMA is needed, we will call DELL and request a new part. It’s that EASY.
